• Will I be charged sales tax?

    Sales tax is only collected on orders shipped to addresses in New York State.


  • Can i buy from you if i live outside of the us?

    No, as of now we are not set for international orders. Stay posted though…we’re trying to have our international friends taken care of soon!


  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept payment online by Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Amex.


  • What are conflict free diamonds and do you sell them?

    Antandre supports the Kimberley process, which is an International process to track and certify diamonds. In April 2003, Congress and President Bush passed a law adopting the Kimberley Process that requires all US diamond retailers to buy diamonds from manufacturers who have documentation warranting that the merchandise was obtained through legitimate channels. Today, the US Customs Service actively enforces the Kimberley Process requirements as diamonds enter American ports.


  • Is there a re-stocking fee for returns?

    No, all returns are processed absolutely free.


  • Are custom orders returnable?

    Items that we do not currently carry in stock - and Special Orders cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstance as items are custom made to order. Please view the product page for the policy on each individual piece before making a purchase.


  • How long do I have to return purchased items?

    Free exchanges and returns within 14 days after your item was received, no questions asked. Please make sure your item is in its original condition


  • Why do you charge a styling fee?

    We charge a styling fee on all home boutique orders so that the pieces are insured on transit, as well as being cleaned and polished between each Home Boutique use. Don’t forget, any purchase you make from a Home Boutique will have the styling fee credited towards it.


  • What happens if I keep all the pieces?

    If you keep everything we’ll give you a 20% discount and you can keep the primary box as a way to store your Antandre collection!


  • How long do I have to keep the pieces?

    You have 4 days to try on the pieces in the comfort of your own home! Afterwards, just pack whatever you don’t like into the same boxes you received them in and send them back with the included prepaid shipping label.


  • How long do I have to send back the items I don’t want to keep?

    Returns are due back in the mail four days after you receive the package (for example, if your shipment arrives on Monday, we ask that you drop your returns in the mail by that Thursday.) If the third day falls on a Sunday or holiday, please drop your return envelope in the mail the following business day. Please let us know if you don’t get your package on time or if the post office has lost your package by emailing [email protected] and we will make an exception on your return date. If your return has not been postmarked within four days of receipt, we will assume you are keeping all four items and charge your credit card for the entire shipment. Please make sure you try everything on before you drop your package in the mail.


  • What happens if I don’t return the jewelry on time?

    Due to the nature of our business, it’s very important that you return your home boutique on time. If for some reason, you are not able to have the pieces sent to us at the end of the 4th day, please call us or email us at [email protected] If your pieces are not sent us on time, we will charge you the total retail value of the pieces, thus making them yours. However, you will still have another 14 days to return the pieces as a return.


  • What happens if the jewelry is returned without a tag?

    Please make sure that you do not remove or tamper with the tag. We will not accept returns or home boutiques without tags.


  • How do I view my order history?

    You can view your order history on your account information page.


  • How do I check the status of my order?

    In your order history, pieces you order will be annotated as pending or completed depending on its  transaction status. For more information, or status on custom orders, please contact us your personal consierge.


  • What is your shipping cost?

    Shipping on both order and returns is fully complimentary.


  • How long will it take for my order to ship?

    Shipping depends on the order; for most standard purchases, shipping should take no longer than 3 days. For custom orders (ring sizes for example) it can take up to a month as each piece is manufactured specifically for you. Home Boutiques can take up to a week.


  • Who is liable for the jewelry while in transit?

    We fully insure each order all the way to you, which means your shipment is risk-free in transit. For added security, it is our policy that a signature is required for all orders over $1,000, regardless of any signature waivers you may have with the shipping carrier.


  • What if I need to get the piece resized?

    We’d be happy to help where possible. Unfortunately some of our rings have such an intricate design that resizing is not possible. Some of our rings will give you a sizing option. Keep in mind, selecting any size besides 7 means that we’ll have to custom manufacture it for you. As such, delivery time can take up to 6 weeks. Please also note, that custom ring orders are non-refundable.


  • How can I figure out what ring size to buy?

    Measure the diameter across the widest point of a ring that you currently wear and give us a call for the right size
